Leadership Development Day

The Women’s Enterprise Centre of Expertise chose Making Lemonade to pilot a one-day, interactive leadership development event, which was aimed at female business owners and leaders within the women’s enterprise and business support sector.

The aim of the day was to provide this fantastic group of successful women with the key leadership skills to lead, advocate, lobby and influence change on issues relating to the women’s enterprise agenda.

We included speakers, discussion-based workshops on topical leadershipissues, leadership development master classes and group coaching. Each leader then received personal telephone coaching sessions as follow-up support.
