I support your staff to feel confident and motivated to contribute to your organisation and to fulfil their leadership potential.
Making Lemonade Career Development
I have a leadership programme ready to deliver to your staff groups.
The programme is flexible in terms of the duration and content. Typically, a career development programme covers:
- Confidence building
- Learning to be more assertive
- Presentation skills
- Influencing techniques
- Leading others
- One-to-one coaching
Contact me to have a chat about ideas you have.
My career development programme is delivered in conjunction with my associate coaches and trainers. Most of my associates live with injuries, impairments and health conditions so have lived through the lemons and are making lemonade.
But don’t take my word for it….
“I found my coach to be encouraging, inspiring and most helpful. His talent for getting me to self-analyse, self-motivate and put things in a progressive order was excellent. He managed to reinforce the ‘live’ session I attended and the bulletins you’ve sent out.
It was one of the best, most productive courses I have ever been on and I’ve been around a VERY long time!”
Care Quality Commission
I collaborate with a number of organisations who share my vision of giving confidence, skills and motivation to aspiring and practising disabled leaders.
I co-designed LeadingAbility and have subsequently delivered modules and individual coaching to participants. LeadingAbility is a
career development programme which captures and maximises talented disabled people’s leadership abilities: empowering them to live the life they choose; to contribute meaningfully to their communities and work places; and both directly and indirectly contribute to creating a fair and equal society.
I have contributed to the delivery of LeadingAbility to leaders of disabled people’s organisations and service personnel being medically discharged from the army.
Disability Rights UK (formerley RADAR) is one of the UK’s leading pan-disability charities. Over the last few years I have been an motivational speaker and career development trainer at their leadership conferences.
