My leadership programme is delivered in conjunction with my associate coaches and trainers. Most of my associates live with injuries, impairments and health conditions so have lived through the lemons and are making lemonade.

Partnership Working

I collaborate with a number of organisations who share my vision of giving confidence, skills and motivation to aspiring and practising disabled leaders.

I co-designed LeadingAbility and have subsequently delivered modules and individual coaching to participants. LeadingAbility is a leadership programme which captures and maximises talented disabled people’s leadership abilities: empowering them to live the life they choose; to contribute meaningfully to their communities and work places; and both directly and indirectly contribute to creating a fair and equal society.

I have contributed to the delivery of LeadingAbility to leaders of disabled people’s organisations and service personnel being medically discharged from the army.
