• I can work with you to increase the accessibility of your recruitment and retention policies and practices. 
• I provide disability equality staff training to encourage your colleagues to be disability confident.
• I provide personal leadership training, as a programme to staff groups or to individuals wishing to increase their effectiveness and achieve success.
